Appalling service

On the 8th August 2023, I placed an order for five items, they didn't have the colour I wanted for the powerbank and I returned the Desktop Makeup Mirror Simple Portable Mirror Rotating Dressing Mirror,Style: Gold Stand Model because there was no mirror on the other side and rotation suggests there's a mirror on both sides, I also returned the D20Pro Bluetooth Sport Smart Watch Fitness Tracker for Android iOS - Black because it would charge or switch on. After email back and forth I was refunded ONLY for the powerbank on the 12th of October 2023. I am yet to see the rest of the money and I don't know how many times I received an email saying "We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please be advised your refund has been marked with urgency and the accounts department is working as fast as possible to resolve the matter" in various forms. This is disappointing service.
