APPALLING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

I have canceled my order SNT39812 on 3 December 2020. I have tried phoning and sending e-mails to no avail. Can I PLEASE get some assistance to get my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!! I now received an email to say an email was sent to request my banking details, which I never received. Why request my banking details when I have paid with credit card and the funds could just be reversed???? over R1600!!!!!! I have now been waiting 14 DAYS FOR MY REFUND where other companies reverse money within 48 hours!!!! When I phone the phone keeps cutting me off...what do I have to do to get my money back and get the funds reversed to my credit card? UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
