Appalling Service!

The most appalling service! I ordered four beach loungers, two weeks later I get an email informing me that the supplier is out of stock. No refund is offered! They only offer a credit or an alternative product. I chose the alternative product and ask for it to be sent ASAP. Another week later, I get an acknowledgement. Now, three weeks later, I'm still waiting. I've phoned twice (with promises of getting back to me, no one ever has), sent numerous messages, to no avail. Don't waste your time with this company!
