Appaling Service

I ordered goods from them 16 Jan, Two of the items has to be returned, one was the wrong product and other was bad quality. I logged the return and was told I need to pay 15% return fee on the bad quality return. Took them a week to collect the goods on the 4 Feb. Then no communication from them, I had to follow up about the return, then only did they advise me she will send instruction for the refund, I supp**** my bank details on 4 March and to date still no refund. I have had no reply on my last follow up about refund. I am surely done ordering from them.
