Apologies don’t compensate deadlines!

First and last time ordering on this site. I placed an order on 25 January. Your policy states that orders take 7 to 10 working days to despatch and deliver and that I will receive an email when order has been despatched with tracking info. I have not received a mail yet and today is day 11...

I have also sent a previous mail asking if my order has been despatched. I did not receive a reply. I ordered these items as gifts and need them urgently.

A simple reply would be appreciated.

I contacted your call centre this morning just to learn that it was all in vain. This afternoon I contacted you again after the promised response did not come. I asked why it was taking so long and they could kot answer me. After a long struggle, one of the items were apparently out of stock... you did not think to inform me with a simple email?

Nevertheless, I needed the items as a gift for someone. It arriving here late defeats the point of ordering early? Now only half the order was sent and it will probably only get here next week if at all.

Extremely poor service. Extremely poor communication. And once again, I am sure even this message will fall on deaf ears as my numerous previous emails have to which I have not received one reply except for tge automated confirmation of receipt mail.

I will be posting this wherever I can to warn potential online buyers from ordering anything from you online.
