Apalling Customer Service!

I ordered lights for about 5k on the 28th October. When the items arrived they not what I expected, how it looked kn their website was definitely not what I got!

I immediately tried to contact snatcher but unfortunately they do not offer a service where you can actually speak to an actual human being!

It took me nearly two weeks for someone to actually get in contact with me. Another week for ME to return the items myself and when I returned the items they told me that my refund will be completed within 24 to 48 hours

Here I am typing this review and I still did not receive my refund!

Apalling customer service, disappointing outcome of what you actually get, and overall very unprofessional . I just want my money back, then I cannot wait to block these people from every social media access I have, I never want to hear or see anything related to Snatcher!
