Another On-line disaster company

This is a company that really is at odds with itself. Full of fantastic promises and "awesome" promotions. But that is where it stops. They cannot deliver on what they offer. It is almost impossible to get hold of them by phone and when you are lucky to get through, each staff member tells you a different story. Their delivery time is a joke so I had to go to them to collect an incomplete order. From there it got worse. I was promised a full refund of the balance of the order and the delivery charge. This was done verbally when collecting, and a few times by email over the following weeks. I am still waiting for the refund. Now they don't even respond to my emails anymore! I think they hope you will give up and just go away. So, if you want a speedy, efficient service don't use these idiots! Very quick to take your money and shower you with promotional emails, but when it comes to delivering on their promises, all you get is frustration and disappointment.
