Angry customer

I orderd a few things 2weeks back, even now I am still waiting on my order. Lastweek I received a call from the courier company saying they are not able to locate me they are not calling when they are there, they say buy im not getting calls saying im stuck here nothing. The courir company called me to reschedule my delivery Monday. Yoday is thursday nothing yet. Im really dissapointed in the service I received I just want my money back thats all. This id bad customer service am nof happy at all, im even thinking I might not get my monry kroocks.....
