And it happens again.... SNATCHER MESSES UP

Once again Snatcher has messed up. I purchased items online on 8 August 2023.Got no confirmation message, no order number. Just one excuse after another. Cannot call them as they no longer take calls. So far this year Snatcher has messed every one of my orders. Now my money left my account and they still cannot allocate my purchase.. What a load of BS
