An experience not to be repeated

Ordered and paid for the items as advertised in stock on 25 Nov 21. Was then told no that colour out of stock but an alternate colour offered and accepted. Then a deadly silence ! Queried asking for tracking details. Again no comment. Eventually was given a tracking number but not possible to trace. A long story but eventually goods delivered on the morning of 14 Dec 21 without any prior notice except that it was to be delivered that day at 18.30 ??? Then the order comprising 4 items, received two the same colour and the other two different colours again. Would not deal with this supplier again.
