Amazing Service

I would like to bring under your attention that one of your staff, has recently gone above and beyond, in satisfying my complaints, and admittedly I was not being a kind person to her, I was really aggravated, since I purchased from Snatcher.com, on the 13th and immediately followed up with your customer care, about my delivery, and they kept on misinforming, about delivery.

Since almost everything I bought is for my sister who lives in Zambia and who is returning tomorrow morning, I felt agitated that no one informed me that the delay was due to one item being out of stock. Also the item was a toy, which I would have gladly deleted off the order or swapped fro something else. But due to the poor feedback from the multiple people I spoke to I never got the correct information.

Until Lungile took charge, She not only ACTIVELY listened so that she can establish the exact problem, not merely listing to make a quick retort. She was patient, and very kind, and so relaxed, without making me feel that she did not have firm grip. IN my opinion she is worth her weight in gold.

Also she arranged for my delivery yesterday, which was very kind, and is appreciated so much.

I will definitely shop from you again, due to Lungile's amazing service.
