Amazing after sales support and excellent customer service

I ordered a glass table from Snatcher during their balck Friday special. However, when the table was delivered the entire glass top was completely shattered. I immediately logged a request for replacement and i received a response within a few hours ackowledging my request. I filled-in their online return request form and in no time i got a response that they will be processing a replacement for me. What was even more amazing about this process was the constant feedback and communication on the status of my request, so i never had to wonder what was happening. I need to really commend Snatcher (specifically Faraaz Gaffoor ~ Customer Support Agent) for their world class after sales support and excellent customer service. I'm sill in awe that this kind of customer servise exist in this day and age. I received a replacement for the table within a week of logging the request and it was in perfect condition. Thank you once again Snatcher. I'm super HAAAPPPYY!!!
