Always out of stock and pathetic to refund

Forever out of stock on items and then you only find out WEEKS after you've paid. Then they want to offer you another product or a store credit. Asking for a refund, you get ignored for a good while until you've shouted a few times, then the refund takes 7 days. So by the time you receive your money it's probably a month later.
