Always a stock problem

Every time I order, there is a stock problem. They refuse to allow me to use my credit voucher with a delivery voucher, Which means i have to pay double delivery, as i already paid delivery with initial order. My last order I have not had any feedback on a out of stock item, sent emails, online chat, no reply, no refund, nothing.
