All my previous purchases were great

All my previous purchases were great. The last one however I received missmatched colours and different brands covers. The decal was not packaged properly and is scrunched up. Also no instructions as to how to fit. Received an email back from their support about the decal asking for what I had send already. No mention about the covers that are not even close in colour. Seems they send me all the previously returned goods. Very, very unhappy as this has cost me a lot of money and Snatcher is not interested in sorting the issues.
