**** ALERT!!!! SNATCHER snatches your money

Actually if there were no stars I wouldv'e picked that option. I've ordered a humidifier on the 4th of December 2023. By the 12th of December a Tashriek informed me that they were out of atock amd that they will have to refund me. Then after 2 follow up emails from me he onformed me start of January 2024 that their finance department was behind schedule and that it would take a few more days. Now ot has already been 2 months sonce I ordered the item that I haven't received my refund. I can see from existing reviews this company is against the policy of refunding their clients, even though they falsely advertise items that are in actual fact not in stock. This is a total **** and this company needs to be cited. UNACCEPTABLE. Don't fool yourself by purchasing anything from this company.
