ALERT... SNATCHER IS A **** OPERATION

I placed and paid for a first time extensive order amounting to over a R1000 on 12 September 2021- the website details advised delivery would be 7-10 days.

From the 12th September 2021 I received NO feedback about my order from Snatcher nor was the website updated to reflect movement. It still read 12th September order placed awaiting fulfilment.

I contact Snatcher via email on ample occasions begging for an update or status of my order. Responses were provided some 3 days later after each email, citing the Company was moving, that the order was received, the order was being dispatched that awaiting fulfilment didn't mean anything other than my order was being processed. Some 2 weeks later I still sit with no feedback, no website updates, no good delivered to me nor a refund.

If you don't demand feedback same is not provided. I have used an array of online shopping Company's and have never to date come across such an embarrassment of an establishment, untrained personnel, an outdated website and with absolute disregard for its customers and so unprofessional and *********.
