**** ALERT!!! DO NOT BUY FROM SNATCHER!!!!!

I purchased from Snatcher on the 27 May 2024, did not receive my order and after numerous emails of follow up on email since they only comminicate via email I decided to cancel my order on 19 June, they promesed refund turn around time of 7 days but todate 12/07/2024 I have not received my refund. I want to report this to consumer protection as well. I think this company is a ****mer, first purchase and all went wrong I will never again buy from them, even deleted/ unsuscribed from their daily deals.
