I bought a airfryer from snatcher, I'm very happy with the product. The customer service I got from snatcher was very poor. They do not communicate with customers. They just keep quiet until you enquire when delivery is not done as promised. They advertise a delivery within 10 days and took 22 days to deliver. After numerous calls and messages. The consultants are rude and not helpful. I will never use snatcher again
