Agreed that they were in the wrong but did not refund

I bought a iphone 11 from Snatcher during May 2023. When I received the phone it was a second hand phone. No where on the description of item bought from Snatcher did it say that I am buying a second hand (CPO) phone.

I emailed Snatcher and THEY AGREED that I should have received a new phone (i.e. not CPO), but they argued that the phone I received was a new phone.

I sent them photos of the phone I received and gave them the following reasons why it is definitely not a new phone I received: - The phone was not in the original apple packaging. - There are small scratch all around the edges of the phone. I supp**** photos to proof this. - There is also a small scratch on the screen of the phone. - There is a silver sticker on the back of the phone which is definitely not put there by apple. - There is a paper in the box that states the condition of the phone. Why would this be necessary for a new phone? - There was a sweet included in the box with the phone. Apple definitely never include sweets in their packaging.

After agreeing that I should have received a new phone they I have emailed them numerous times and they just ignore my emails. They stole my money and did not give me what I paid for.
