After reporting and querying that I received the wrong item, I was told 5 days later that what I bought was no longer available and that the item I received was the closest alternative. Not acceptable! It’s like ordering a pair of Nike running shoes and they send you a pair of flip flops instead and simply say “sorry for the inconvenience, but we no longer sell Nike running shoes, but we thought you many like these instead. Oh, and if you don’t, we will gladly collect them and reimburse you. Sorry to waste 3 weeks of your time”!!!! I won’t be ordering anything from Snatcher any time soon. Quick to Snatcher your money, but not worth the effort.
