Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service I had ordered a waist trainer and to my surprise they didn't look at my shipping information properly and instead of Shipping it to Durban , shipped it to Eshowe ...After sending a complaint letter and complaining multiple times I eventually received my waisttrainer in the wrong colour and the package wasn't sealed properly .Absolutely horrible service as when I phoned to query my parcel the lady on the other end said she doesn't know and kept cutting my calls .This is a very unprofessional business where you have to chase after your order which shouldn't be the case .Do not waste your time or money on this business !!!
