Absolutely Ridiculous and Useless!! Stay away!

If I could zero star I would. Their support is utterly ridiculous. I placed an order on 20 July. I only received 4 of my items on 07 August. I received helpful support when I raised this and I was only informed on 07/08 August they are busy investigating. I had to then constantly keep following up on the outstanding items of my order. After multiple follows ups, I received confirmation on 21 August that 2 of the outstanding items are out of stock. They asked if I would like a store credit/refund and I was requested a refund of those 2 items. All the relevant information was sent to the accounts department on 21 August for a refund and I was informed that it takes about 7 working days and it has been now 10 days yet still no refund and no further communication about the rest of my items I have still not received. I have sent numerous emails but have received no further assistance or response thereafter. I have no been completely ghosted !! This is utterly ridiculous and disappointing. I am still waiting for my refund and the rest of my items that was never delivered
