Absolutely no service at all

I bought items from Snatcher. They said 300w LED lamps. They were not even as bright as a 10w I have currently. I asked for them to be returned and reimbursed. It was collected and delivered back to Snatcher on Friday, 11 Feb 2022 - confirmed by The Courier Guy. I have sent 9 emails. Faraaz Gaffoor ~ Customer Support Agent just ignores my emails. No response whatsoever. They do not give a contact number on which to call the, even though I asked twice for this. The number on the website says you have to send an email, and then they do not respond. This is the worst service I ever received in my life
