ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi....i ordered a samsung galaxy A23 flip cover for my phone on 15 Feb.....and paid my order on 20 Feb.....i waited.......nothing was delivered. I eventually recieved an email that there was no stock for my order.....i tried to phone but apparently the phone is disconnected. I sent several emails, stating a replacement for my order..... but no response. Customer support said that they would contact me about my order before 10 March but NOTHING!!! ITS A MONTH AGO....NO CELLPHONE COVER......NO REFUND.....NO COMMUNICATION.........NOTHING!!!!
