Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely hopeless. Took Snatcher 10 days to inform me that my product was not available. I then requested cancellation and refund. I was informed that refunds are not made to credit cards and that confirmation of my banking details are required. I submitted them - twice - and I have sent follow-up e-mails but no response is forthcoming. I suppose my money will never be returned. Will never do business with them again. They cannot be contacted telephonically so a customer is left completely at the mercy and whims of faceless and voiceless e-mail operators. A warning to not do business with a company with no telephone number.
