A week after i put in my order , i got an email advising there was no stock of the product i ordered in that colour

A week after i put in my order , i got an email advising there was no stock of the product i ordered in that colour. I was given an option of a different colour which i took. After 3 weeks (almost a month) i emailed asking if i can receive my order by the 8th of September. On the 5th of september i receive an email about 3 products with issues, suddenly out of stock on what i ordered. it seems like there is always stock issues long after the fact and what they offer you as a substitute is then not available when they do work on your order! its now more than a week and i am still waiting for the refund of my 1 product
