A regular customer's review.

I have ordered many items from Snatcher, most of which arrived quickly. However, I found that faulty goods, (being generic), appears to be an evident factor. Two items I purchased, a neck massager and an LED clock/temperature/humidity indicators, malfunctioned and rendered useless upon receipt.

As the returns policy seems to be a one-sided affair, I deemed it foolhardy to suffer the process. So, I simply counted my losses and discarded the two purchases.
