A bunch of *******

This is my first purchase from Snatcher online and will certainly be the only one. After the endless wait time (that is mentioned on the website) I received only four out of the five items that I paid for. I immediately reported this with visual proof to the very unhelpful and non chalant Customer Service who had zero resolutions. Out of the four items received, one was the incorrect item and the other was defective. It’s been over two weeks since the courier confirmed that the returned items have been successfully accepted. Snatcher has neither confirmed receipt, provided and update nor refunded the returned items. In addition, I have not received my refund for the item that was not received. The fact that their advertised phone number doesn’t work is another red flag. This is a whole new height of thievery.
