Firstly, my order took forever to be delivered, when I tried calling their switchboard says "due to the nature of the business, the company is not accepting any calls. Secondly, I emailed them enquiring about my order, and they took 2 days to respond to my email. Thirdly, my order eventually arrived, but only to find that what I had ordered was not what was delivered. I then logged into my profile and I requested to return the wrong heater they delivered and they never got back to me. I requested the return within the stipulated 7 days, and I still have not received any response regarding my order.
