My original review has reference. Snatcher informed me that I will be charged a 15% handling fee because "we do not see any fault with the covers that you received, it is in line with the product that is being advertised" even though the items I received are clearly not the same as what was advertised. I have asked numerous times when the items will be collected from me and I have not received a response. I just want to return these items and get my refund. It seems that I must pay for the courier and still get charged a handling fee which will result in a minimal refund (if they do honour that commitment). DO NOT USE SNATCHER. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. DELIVERIES TAKE VERY LONG AND THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO ASSIST WITH RETURNS EVEN THOUGH THE RETURN REQUEST IS DUE TO THEIR MISTAKE.
