I made a order with snatcher.co.za on the 24th April. I git feed back a week later informing me they cannot fulfill the order then requested the money to be refunded to my bank account. I then found something similar the following day on the website so I recorded. I had to keep emailing to get my refund. I eventually went to Facebook and made a complaint. After that I got my refund.

The following week I was informed via Facebook that they couldn't complete my new order!

I have sent numerous emails and Facebook messages but have not to date received any feedback when I will receive my second refund.

I would not even give this company one star. I want my second refund . This company is a complete **** . Order number 2*****
