27 Jul 2023, 08:25I have requested a refund, now i receive an email saying snatcher will deduct 15% from refund, You did not hold your end of the deal, i was supposed to have received my items, no updates on my items but you want to deduct 15% for you not following your delivery process. I want my refund in full if you cannot fulfil your processes, why penalize a customer for you not being true, this was my first purchase with snatcher and my last.
