30 days since I paid for order & still no refund

Order #18911 Paid for order 30 days ago, delivered but missing an item no longer in stock. When I log on, nothing on the system about refund unless I asked ? ? Took 4 working days to acknowledge my banking details. 7 working days later, still no refund ? ? Andile said via email 7 day T A T but refund will only be done tomorrow then I still have to wait for the funds to clear in my account. Dorothy says 'refund delays'. ********** Service & most certainly won't be using this company again ! ! !
