3 weeks and no results on wrong order

Terrible customer service. Wait 1 week for a reply on a incorrect item. Wait 2 weeks before they atempt to sugar coat your return...no they don't try hard. Then when you decide to return all the unopened junk to then after waiting almost 3 weeks, you will get the good rehe****d story with all the silver lining about your refund. A refund that you made clear you will not wait another 7days for because of their negligence. Think before you purchase from them.
