On the 21st May 2024 ordered some products on snatcher online, and they said they're delivery process is 8-10, after 10days communicated with them on messenger requesting my refund since they didn't deliver and there's no communication from their side whatsoever, then they blocked me. Tried calling the number they listed and the number doesn't work... On the 4th of June tried them on Instagram requesting my refund... On the 6th they rep**** wanting my bank details and stuff and I gave it to them, they said the refund will take about 7-10days till now I'm still waiting for my refund
