2-in-1 kids drawing board

I bought a kids drawing board and from the moment I received it I was disappointed. It was really small (the picture shows it next to a child and it looks much bigger) and the letters and numbers were not plastic shapes as in the picture, but squares with numbers and letter printed on them. The intention was for my child to trace the letters/numbers to facilitate learning. Then the board was wobbly and the final straw was when my child wrote on it (with the marker provided) and I couldn't clean it properly - even with white board cleaner! I called Snatcher and they flat refused to refund me - even though I listed all these defects. Their policy is that if it has been used, they wont accept it, under any circumstances. I was willing to accept all the defects, but the fact that it wont wipe clean is the final straw - and that's something you can only discover AFTER you have used it!! I really expected more for R400. I informed them that they have lost a customer and that I would write a negative review, but they couldn't care less. That is their policy.
