1st and last time, extremely slow service

Poor service. Took 2 weeks to dispatch items even though at time of purchase it showed as "in stock" and more than a week to deliver by courier. Compared to Takealot and Loot this turnaround is pathetic and slow. Received one less item (no stock available after paying for item) and even though store credit was promised by the online chat agent, no sign of said credit after 2 weeks. 1st and last time ordering from Snatcher unless they upgrade their service levels to competitors' levels.
