19 days and no refund

I recently ordered a 4ltr airfryer .when I received the airfryer I opened the package to see the item .The air fryer was not a 4ltr ,so I contacted they chat support and advised them .I was told that I should send pictures of the item .Days went by before I got feedback ,they advised that according to the procurement the product was correct.I was then told that since I want to return the item I will have to send it back at my cost and 15% handling fee will be taken out from the refund because it's classified as an unwanted item .I returned the item and gave banking details and received confirmation on the 2nd of June ,today is the 20th of June and still no REFUND .Poor service and no communication from the company .Please don't support this Company!!!!!!
