-1/10 for Snatcher

Wish i could give less than 1 star. I placed an order 25th Dec, transaction was fast and money was taken. I tried cancelling it online about 13times as it was taking too long i needed it by 18jan. There is no number to call, all i get is automated response. Eventually a reply was given per email they will cancel and keep 15% for cancelling (at this point it was still not even shipped) I cannot call them as there is no response on the number when you call, i have threatened with social media still 0 response. Now i got a response asking for confirmation of account holder to do a refund, the email stated it will take 7days. Ive sent it twice this is 9days ago.

This company is a complete *******.
