10% discount! What a dishonest online company!!! I only got R5 discount from the whole cart! I

Very dishonest company! Most not recommended online company. This company lures customer with 10% discount on the purchase and when I entered the coupon at the end of purchase, there was no 10%. It was merely R5 discount!!! When I queried, the customer support agent said I will get 10% discount with my next order! When requested for refund, I was told the refund will take 7 to 10 days! Well, today is 13 days already and still no refund from this company!!!
