CONS - Quality sucks - Service sucks - I want to return a broken delivered product, so quality check is non-existant, they lie on their site - Product delivery was over their time, with no explanation, no contact - I was ignored. - I sent them a video showing broken product and have been ignored - I sent 2 mails with no reply, and no feedback

Roundup: A typical company in SA - when they work, they work, however when there are problems they ignore you - I will be contacting the CPA to sort this out unless the resolve this by Sunday
