1 month to deliver an INCOMPLETE order - Non-existent customer service

I had been waiting for my order for one month. I sent an email requesting a refund and instead of fulfilling my request, they ignored it and proceeded to send me a partial delivery, forcing me to accept it. I have since requested a refund for the missing items and they are offering a credit store instead. BEWARE - This company is very quick to take your money and force you to accept their terrible service, delayed deliveries, etc. and it is a NIGHTMARE trying to get hold of a human at Snatcher... or getting your money back. Their deals are not worth the hassle, I'd rather pay full price for a stress-free experience rather than liaising with their incompetence.
