0 Stars! The WORST custimer service EVER!

This might seem cliche, but I would honestly give them 0 stars if I could. The 1-star is merely to get my message out to any future Snatcher buyers. Not only once did the dissapoint me, but even a second time as well. The first time was when I ordered X-mas gifts which I only received on the 9th of January. After a year of being in business, I hoped that they would have found a way to manage their orders. Sadly, not. I placed my order on 12 December 2022, made an immediate eft, and still the website states "Awaiting payment". They promise delivery between 7 and 10 days and that the order and payment allocation would be completed in 2 days time. I am still waiting. It seems like this would be another dissapointmend since they don't have a working contact number. They also don't respond to emails. All emails seems automated, or simply copy and pasted. DON'T SUPPORT SNATCHER, GO TO YOUR NEAREST CHINESE STORE INSTEAD. SAME THING, JUST BETTER BECAUSE YOU WILL HAVE IT ON TIME.
