Update 2: you yet again promised a refund (this after you told us 2 weeks ago that the refund is loaded) that our money will reflect in our account within 24hrs. 72 hrs have passed. 10 weeks and counting!

Update 1: 2 weeks have gone by, empty promise after empty promise, still no refund actioned, and to top it off, they block you on their Facebook page. What a joke! ZERO stars for you!

Been waiting for weeks to get a refund sorted, after a delay in getting the product delivered on time and when it eventually arrived, it was a shocker. 2 and a half months of *** service.

Blocking people from your Facebook page will not solve your issues.
