USE IF YOU NEVER WANT TO SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN!

I recently tried to withdraw R1000 in my SnapScan account in order to do that you need to verify your account with I attempted at least 7 times. After the 7th time I sent an email to the team and this was their response:

“ The wallets are FICA verified with the Department of Home Affairs, and sometimes the ID documents are not registered on their system that they use with us, so some IDs are unverifiable. At the moment, some IDs prior 2001 are not on the system with the Department of Home Affairs, which is not ideal.”

The next logical step was to transfer these funds to someone close who has the ability to withdraw. Right, now the ability to transfer the funds in my wallet has been removed.

I refuse to deal with a bunch of ********. I would just like my funds back so I can end the relationship with Snap****.

Hello Spatisiwe, apologies for the hassle! The Wallet Withdrawal feature is still very new and we're still working on improving the experience. Please follow up with our Customer Experience team in order to organize a refund if possible.
