SnapScan trusts ********

I purchase a product from a ********** company called grayston.trading.com only to find out my goods were not delivered. I asked for the waybill number and their logistics partner business name but they refuse to give me that info. the physical address on their website is ****. I trusted SnapScan as it is known to be safe but they take on ******** as merchants. I would like to receive my money back as SnapScan does not review their merchants.
