Snapscan Payment duplicated
I had an issue where a payment duplicated. I contacted Snapscan via email and got a call back within 30 mins to understand the issue. They immediately contacted all relevant parties and kept me up to date every step of the way. They took responsibility in following up with other relevant parties if no response was received. I am extremely happy with the service and would definitely recommend snapscan to anybody
