Downloaded this Snapscan App to my phone and installed it 22 October 2021.

Only now found out today 18 March 2022 that the money I was paid by my friends for services rendered to them (They paid me using the Snapscan App) is on hold by Snapscan.

There is a part of the Snapscan App where you can withdraw and register your bank account.

So here is where it gets very sticky with the Snapscan App that is very difficult to understand.

They are not a bank. I checked.

They can charge a fee for the services they offer even charge for transferring money from your Snapscan App wallet to your bank account.

But they don't do that. - Snapscan App only want to get there hands on your money and hold onto it.

They hold onto your money as if its there own. On the Snapscan App they inform you that is will take up to 3 days to reflect in your account but it does not.

Made 3 withdraws 13 March 2022, 16 March 2022, 17 March 2022 and none of them reflect in my Capitec Bank account by today 18 March 2022 - they don't even follow there own policy.

All is good when you have a positive balance and money in your Snapscan App wallet.

Even if you spend it with Snapscan App merchants.

But as soon as you need to make a withdraw there is a problem - even a hold on a R1000 withdraw that takes them day 3 days to do, with no explanation of correspondence, It makes me wonder now if they can actual cover the credit I have in my wallet.

I phones them on there Cape Town office number in the morning and in the afternoon on the 18 March 2022 - I found that they delay and only want to deflect, only play games with your credit in your wallet and your money.

This Snapscan App is a very bad service related app and I recommend that no one make use off it - it will only leave you with a bad taste in your mouth.

I am warning every body with this post, e-mail, blog posting and complaints platforms that Snapscan App is a **** to get there hands on your money and hold onto it.

Snapscan App do business in bad faith and that it comes across as very *********.

There is not many merchants where you can use Snapscan payment app.

The list on the Snapscan app merchants is out of date and the information is old - many merchants listed on the app is no longer offering the Snapscan App payment service.

So the use the Snapscan App should come with a warning.
