Snapscan aka Hackscan, easy to deposit, not a **** will you withdraw or send

Seems like more of the same. Can't verify my identity for some reason, now I can't withdraw. Been over 3 months and litteraly no attempt made by "Hackscan" to reimburse my funds. It's obviously my account cos you were more than willing to let me deposit but now I can't withdraw my own funds, instead I must purchase some **** from vendors, which I also can't do cis my account can't be verified remember. Pi****r planning for the inevitable shortcomings that the department of home affairs will have, and the the go to response is " we waiting on 3rd party" that's your problem right there... Relying on 3rd parties to handle a crucial part of the success of the app and its trustworthiness... Worse is to rely on anything that's a government department. Keep my cash and go buy yourself a copy of "how to run and manage my own business for dummies"

Hello Jaun, apologies for the experience you've had! We're working hard on a manual way to verify accounts in cases where the Department of Home Affairs can not complete the validation process. Once that feature is up and running we'll be sure to reach out. As for using your wallet funds at participating merchants, you do not have to be verified to use the wallet as normal. The app will still function and you can still scan to pay using your wallet or chosen card. The wallet verification process only applies to the wallet withdrawal feature and the wallet peer-to-peer payment feature.
